Knowle and Shannon fans (whether fans of the characters as a romantic couple or not) do not have any clear base of operations. They tend to gather around the Harem and the online journals of myself, Azar and Medie, the three main writers who write them. Kristi has started fanlistings for Knowle, Shannon, Knowle/Shannon, and Doggett/Shannon. Oddly enough, there is a small but growing contingent of Knowle/Shannon fans on the Haven fiction board. No-one much discusses it there (besides me), but there is a small readership.
There is no archive to speak of, but the Shannon page of the Harem is a good place to look for Shannon and/or Knowle-centric fanfiction. There are also Knowle/Shannon and Doggett/Shannon listings at ArchiveCentral and XFMU. Mailing lists where Knowle and/or Shannon fic may be posted include The Harem and X Files Most Unwanted. I know of no authors presently pairing Knowle with any character other than Shannon, but lists relevant to the other character and/or slash lists may also be an option in that instance.
Fiction
My recent story Eschaton (pt 1 2 3 4) is the most thorough backstory of which I'm aware. You'll recognise some of the Deep Background details in its pages. It's novella-length and Knowle/Shannon. Other Knowle/Shannon work includes Forbidden Release by Bobbi and my works Down With The Marked, Hybrid Kisses and Hubris of Theodora. The rest of my Knowle/Shannon work can be found here. Doggett/Shannon is represented by Medie's work Genesis, Azar's works You've Always Known, You've Always Been There, and also Genesis: In The Beginning, a prequel to Genesis. Shannon goes solo, more or less, in Azar's Lover's Embrace and David Hearne's You Have Loved Enough. Shannon's affinity with water is a feature in Lover's Embrace and Hubris Of Theodora.
Digital Artwork
There are a handful of artworks out there. There's a sweet Doggett/Shannon piece by Azar (third row left), Knowle/Shannon pieces by Cassie and Kristi (third row center and right), a couple of Knowle/Shannon pieces of mine made as cover art for my fiction (second row right), a Knowle/Shannon done by the lovely Medie as a present for me (second row left), and as a special bonus, I'm presenting a new wallpaper-sized artwork in a couple of colour variations (top row). In the fourth row, I've added a new interpretive piece of mine that emulates the character artworks included as trading cards with the Australian XF videos and DVDs, and a lovely new piece by Linzee.
